We work in all areas of industry and academia to create diverse, equal and family friendly workplaces. We enable employers to develop a workplace culture which meets both their business needs and the aspirations of all their staff.
Our Women Returners Scotland Programme allows employers access to a talent pool of experienced and qualified women who are looking to return to employment in STEM. Employers offer a three month paid placement and can recruit and select their preferred candidate from our talent pool. Equate provide support to these women returners to get them ready to return to work and to employers before, during and beyond the placement period.
Our consultancy service helps employers to create an environment which supports equality and diversity.
